• Considerable experience in property management - currently we manage over 80 thousand sqm of office, warehouse, commercial and residential facilities,
• Advisory services run for Polish and foreign enterprises, as well as Interim Management projects run
• Running of property projects as concerns value creation by modernizing and commercializing a property (TPS Open Space project)

We act as a Property's Housekeeper for our Clients; we can also be his or her Advisor or take over all the affairs connected with a property and act as an Agent on the Owner's behalf.
Our managerial services include the following tasks:

• Working out property's managerial plans and monitoring their implementation,
• Analysis of costs of a property's functioning as well as controlling the property,
• Running of financial settlements with lessees, including settling of advance payments for operating costs and debt collection,
• Technical administration of a property, including ordering and supervising the property's maintenance and technical equipment,
• Monitoring of deadlines as well as running of necessary surveys and tests in a property,
• Organizing a property's functioning, including the rules of using the property by the lessees,
• Analysis and optimising of utility supply costs,
• Responsibility for appropriate contacts with the lessees and solving their current problems,
• Designing and implementing of technological facilities, as well as managing a property's usable area.
