Revitalization is a stage of investing in a property when the property's character and functionality change. What are changed are the basic utility advantages of the property, including its standard and manner of use.

Our modernization activities include carrying out the following tasks:
  • Analysis of a property's legal and formal conditions as concerns possibility to change the development conditions,
  • Working out an optimal structure of reconstruction financing, as well as acting as an agent in contacts with financial institutions,
  • Ordering and supervising of architectural concepts' implementation,
  • Optimizing of architectural concepts as concerns maximizing profits from rent, ease of gaining lessees, flexibility of joining and splitting of modules,
  • Working out the reconstruction budget and schedule,
  • Ordering and supervising of working plans and specifications,
  • Completing of the documentation necessary to obtain the construction permit,
  • Analysis of the contractors' market and participation in choosing the construction companies,
  • Managing of the process of a property's reconstruction within the construction management system,
  • Completing of the as-is and final acceptance documentation,
  • Participation in final acceptance test of an investment.
