TPS Open Space Portfolio is a project, within which a single company offers lessees office and warehouse areas located in various properties in Northern Poland.

TPS Open Space portfolio, developed by TPS Ltd. for a group of Polish investors, includes 9 properties and over 35,000 m² of offices and warehouses.

Moreover, TPS Ltd. manages commercial properties not included in the portfolio - in total it comprises 20 properties whose total area exceeds 150,000 m² of offices, warehouses and undeveloped land.

Within TPS Open Space further office and warehouse buildings are purchased. The facilities undergo comprehensive revitalization, are adjusted to the lessee's requirements, rented out and professionally managed by the TPS team. While building and operating the portfolio TPS cooperates with numerous architectural offices, construction companies and property agencies.
