TPS Open Space portfolio, developed by TPS Ltd. for a group of Polish investors, includes 9 properties and over 35,000 m2 of offices and warehouses.
Moreover, TPS Ltd. manages commercial properties not included in the portfolio - in total it comprises 20 properties whose total area exceeds 150,000 m2 of offices, warehouses and undeveloped land.
Investing in properties is a process divided into many years. It aims at achieving a highest possible return on the capital invested with a limited risk level. The decision on purchasing a property in many cases determines the strategy of value creation. Our advisory services on purchase include carrying out the following tasks reducing an investment's risk:
- Financial, construction and legal audit of a property,
- Marketing analyses of a property, particularly as concerns competition, prices and localization,
- Analysis of a property's social and economic environment: demand, opportunities for the property's development, expectations of the market and potential lessees,
